Vegan food at De Tijd

A night at the pub is better when everyone can join in.

That is why all our snacks are vegetarian and vegan. That goes for the sauces that come with them, too. So you don't have to read through the whole menu first, looking for that one dish without meat, fish, dairy or egg.

Fancy something to go with your drink? Order a few snacks for the table and let everyone pick something. Or add a pizza. The menu is made for sharing, but you don't have to.

Vegan pizza in Dordrecht

For pizza, too, you are in the right place at De Tijd.

Our pizzas are made in collaboration with Piacere Italiano and we have several options for people who eat vegan. The pizzas are available from Tuesday to Sunday, usually between 17:00 and 19:30. You'll find the current range and the vegan pizzas that are available on the menu.

A pizza, a good glass of beer and a table you don't want to leave for a long time. There isn't much more to add to that.

Vegan snacks and something nice with them

The sauces are vegan, too. That may sound like a small detail, but it makes ordering a lot easier.

And of course you don't have to eat vegan to enjoy them. Good snacks are just good snacks.

That brings us to the fun part.

De Tijd has a big selection of craft beer, with 14 rotating beers on tap and more than 170 in bottles and cans. The range changes regularly, so there is always something you haven't tried yet.

If you eat vegan and want to know whether a particular beer is vegan too, just ask at the bar. Not every beer is brewed or fined in the same way, and with rotating beers what is on right now is what counts. We're happy to check for you.

Prefer no alcohol? We also have several alcohol-free and low-alcohol beers, besides coffee, tea and other alcohol-free drinks.

Eating out vegan in the centre of Dordrecht

De Tijd is on the Voorstraat, in the middle of the historic centre of Dordrecht. A good place to sit down after an afternoon in the city, a walk along the harbours or just because you fancy sitting somewhere you don't have to leave straight away.

You can come for the food, for the beer or for both. And if you are with a group where everyone eats or drinks something different, that is no problem either.

That may be the advantage of a pub over a restaurant: there doesn't have to be one plan at the table.
